This site was built on Weebly. It's a very easy system. You can add text, photos, videos, links and HTML code (for those who know what that last one is but no geek knowledge is necessary.

You can use them for family sites, your wedding, your charity, your business - anything. I used to use a different system and wondered why my site was often down. It turns out the other sitebuilder system allowed all sorts of dodgy sites and various web providers would then, understandably, block ALL the sites from that company to protect their own customers. Weebly is a very well respected company with millions of users and they would not let that happen. Plus I found the designs on here were much better.

Free or Pro?
The free sites work fine. Set one up and see how it works. You can upgrade to Pro at any time or you can have a free site for as long as you like.
This is a Pro site. It has a slideshow header on the home page (it can have one on other pages too, I just haven't sorted the photos out yet). It can also have videos. It shows me statistics and enables me to decide what goes in the footer at the bottom. All this is a good idea for a business site or a scrapbooker who can't resist playing with the pro features but you might not need it at all and the free site will be fine.
You can have up to 10 sites on one account. They're addictive! I have four and one in progress but I bet I end up with 10!
